Academic Enrichment Grant Program

 

The MASU Academic Enrichment Grant Program encourages Mount Allison students to participate in events which enrich their academic growth outside of the classroom. The fund provides financial assistance with expenses such as registration fees, travel, and accommodation for academic events that do not yield University credits.

Students seeking funds should also approach the department and/or Dean of the appropriate faculty.  Funds to be spent over the summer will normally only be available for returning students.  Consideration may be offered to students in special circumstances, which should be communicated, in writing, to the committee at the time of the application.  After having received funding, the individual is required to submit a brief report with all relevant receipts to the committee.  If an individual fails to submit a report they will not be considered for further funding.

The deadlines for the 2016/2017 school year are: October 28, December 2, February 17, March 31.

Applications may be downloaded and completed electronically by editing the pdfs directly. However, paper copies are also available in the MASU office. Completed applications may be printed and brought to the MASU office during business hours, or emailed to masu@mta.ca.
